RACHEL DIPAOLO

Owner, Visionaire

Rachel has food industry blood running through her veins. 4th generation SF Bay Area native, Rachel’s great grandfather, Billy ran ‘Elite Produce’ in the famous San Francisco produce district from the 1930’s until he retired. Her grandfather, Frank or Dippy as we call him, traveled the world as a private chef and has always shared his passion for food with his family. Her mother, Wendy opened a Catering company with her best friend in 1993, which was part of Rachel’s daily life through her whole childhood. She and Rachel’s carpenter father, Tim engrained a strong work ethic in her. Ten years ago Rachel, a mother of two girls herself, followed in her mother’s footsteps and started a brick and mortar deli & catering company in Stinson Beach. In 2018, after many years of experience, Debonair Events was born.

Rachel brings style, grace & ease to every event, working through the details along side the client every step of the way. She has a natural ability to connect, sharing her love for food and passion for events.

She has a comprehensive understanding of connecting behind the scenes details with a high level of attentive service.
